Students are registered to the undergraduate programs of the university depending on the scores they received from the test conducted by Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM)/ Student Selection and Placement Center. Foreign students are registered according to the decisions undertaken by Yükseköğretim Kurulu (the Council of Higher Education) and related legal provisions. The candidate that will pursue a registration cannot be registered at a different higher education institution.
